The strategic advice and Commercial Due Diligence comprised a comprehensive analysis of Impact Acoustic’s business model and value chain, its USPs and financial performance. The size and development of the addressed market for acoustic solutions in office buildings was analyzed and modeled bottom-up with a specific focus on the underlying trends and drivers, e.g., new work and hybrid work concepts, higher acoustic solutions penetration in renovations as well as an increased usage of circular materials. Further, the company’s competitiveness was analyzed on multiple levels showing their leading positioning in terms of product portfolio breadth, innovativeness proven by numerous awards and sustainability certifications. Impact Acoustic’s customer portfolio was assessed, showing a strong customer order development executed by its broad sales partner network complemented with an analysis of key buying decision makers (e.g., architects and designers).
