Fortlane Partners advised Management of ifb SE ("ifb") with a Commercial Fact Book on the sale of ifb, an international finance and risk transformation and compliance consultancy, headquartered in Grünwald, Germany.

The Commercial Fact Book comprised a detailed depiction of the entire service portfolio, addressed to the digitization of back-office functions of banking, financial services and insurance (“BFSI”) institutions. In addition, a market model outlined differences in size, growth, and regulation across Europe, North America, Latin America and APAC. Fortlane Partners assessed the company's strategic positioning towards large international integrators and smaller, national incumbents. Further, the company's business model and USPs were benchmarked against its core competitors. Conclusively, the results were used to validate the management's business plan and evaluate further strategic growth opportunities.
