About Tobias Paßberger

Tobias Paßberger is a Principal in the Frankfurt office at Fortlane Partners and part of the leadership team of the restructuring and transformation expertise groups.

He advised numerous clients, particularly in implementation-oriented projects and in supporting and faciliating complex financing negotiations. With his deep expertise in preparing and reviewing restructuring concepts, developing integrated corporate budgets, and creating short-term liquidity plans, he provides valuable support and leads complex restructuring projects, especially to family-run international businesses.

Before joining Fortlane Partners, Tobias Paßberger gained valuable experience at FTI-Andersch, Simon-Kucher, and Kreissparkasse Köln. He earned his bachelor´s and master´s degree in Economics from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Hong Kong Baptist University.
