Considering the bigger picture in everything we do
Taking responsibility – within the company, for colleagues, clients, society and our environment – is key to how we do business.
Sustainability and social commitment are a core element of our identity. Beyond regulations, we make the long-term future of our clients, colleagues, the climate, and local communities a priority. Therefore, we established a comprehensive sustainability program that reflects requirements from internal and external stakeholders, and that is organized around four pillars: People, Projects, Planet and Philanthropy.

Ethical practice is our guiding principle in customer projects. We select our clients and projects with care and are committed to fair cooperation at all times. We also carry the principle of responsibility through the implementation of our projects. These values are also set out in our Code of Conduct.

In the light of the responsibility we bear towards our planet and future generations, we strive to do our best for the environment and climate in business activities at all our offices, national and international – for example by fostering flexible working and avoiding emissions through power from renewable sources.
support people consequentlyPeople
By this we understand the responsibility of our employees and for our employees. We uphold our responsibility to society, our own values and the people we work with. We expect the same mindset from every single person on board.
Certain convictions are key to our corporate culture: fair treatment and remuneration, support and development for each individual, engaging with people on equal terms, and social responsibility as a factor in recruitment.

We are deeply committed to supporting social initiatives, particularly those aimed at helping children and adolescents, as well as refugees and migrants. Our employees participate in social sabbaticals as well as volunteering projects at our various sites.
